| Description | After removing and connecting the Ear-Mic, TV sound don't come out from the Ear Mic [Precondition] * SW Version : v15.502.10 * Ear-Mic are connected to the RCU [Test Procedure] Booting > Live channel > BT pairing RCU and Set-Top Box(The TV sound comes out from the Ear Mic) > Remove the Ear-Mic > Connect the Ear-Mic to RCU > Check [Actual Result] The 'remote control communication is not normal' toast pop-up occurs and TV sound don't come out from the Ear Mic [Expected Result] The TV sound should come out from the ear-mic normally. Hi Mr.Choi, I have tried for several times : v15.502.10 does have this issue, but the newer FW (v15.502.12) doesn't have the same condition. Please check it. |
